Work frustration is high; the flow of funding includes some arbitrary decision making that is opaque and apparently immune to input from all sides. But I continue to learn from the experiences of being in-house and see that I should have positioned my projects more clearly before the end of the year.

Today (Sunday) we received our Christmas tree, which is rented and will be picked back up in January to be re-planted. It is already adorned with fancy programmable lights and encircled by a LEGO train.
